Ndombo Serge Bertrand
Mr. Ndombo Serge Bertrand is a distinguished Angolan professional with a specialization in civil engineering and business management. He holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate of Professional Aptitude (C.A.P.E.T).
Mr. Ndombo’s illustrious career includes pivotal roles such as Site Manager. He currently excels as the General Director of E A T & N.B.A.T, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
Beyond his engineering prowess, Mr. Ndombo is also a certified surveyor and mechanical engineer, showcasing his multifaceted expertise. He is fluent in Portuguese, French, and English, and his personal interests include religious activities and reading. Mr. Ndombo’s professional journey reflects his commitment to excellence and his significant contributions to the engineering and construction sectors.
